  • Fold your outer slice in one-half and stitch the side seam.

  • Repeat for lining piece.

  • Fuse circle of interfacing to the bottom of your outer circle cloth (turquoise, in this example).

  • Line upwardly and pin to the bottom of your outer slice.

  • Repeat for lining piece.

  • Plough outer piece right side out.

  • Leave lining inside out.

  • Place your lining section inside the outer section, lining up side seams.

  • Prepare aside.

  • Fuse (atomic number 26) interfacing to the back of ane of the strap sections.

  • With right sides together, and the interfacing on top, sew side seams, leaving ends open up.

  • Turn correct side out.
